You must pre-register to be in the show on the 15th. Premiums will be available at the training center. Deadline to pre-register is May 30th. Call to reserve a spot in the class. The Advanced/Excellent level of Rally will be to introduce the upper level of signs. A different course will be used each week to incorporate the signs. "Canine Contacts" Dog Expo June 30th, Saturday is the day you won't want to miss! Kaliseum building in Kalkaska has been secured - and we are set to get ready! WOW! I have had a great response from all of you - willing to volunter, help in any way, lots of great ideas, people to contact, just a wealth of info. Keep it coming ! The booth info will be ready to go this weekend, so if you know of anybody who would like to have a booth, either give me their phone number or have them call me. We want just dog items or services. We plan to have a Parade of Breeds during the day, so if you know of anyone who wants to show off their breed, let me know. Thanks for all your support & I have a file of emails that I will be sorting thru shortly & getting back to you. Demonstrations will be going on inside and outside, weather permitting. Hours will be 10 AM to 5 PM Net proceeds will be given to the Charlevoix Humane Society this year. Vendors are signing up to get their vendor spots, we have a Parade of Breeds lined up for 1 PM, various demos, working on advertising, pre-sale on special t-shirts for the 1st annual event, and lots more fun stuff ! If you have already emailed me to volunteer, don't worry - I have kept a list of who can help. We need all the volunteers we can get! So we will find something you would like to do that day and let you know. Just stay tuned. Dog needs home Free to good home, Reebok is an 8 yr old Australian Cattle Dog. She is spayed, crate trained, travels great, great in the house, loves walks. She had some obedience and agility training when she was young. Has all of her Flyball titles. She can be dog aggressive so would do best in a home where she is the only pet. Would make someone a wonderful companion, she loves attention and being with you. Home # (231) 263-7490 Picture available upon request. Other Dogs Needing Homes North Wind Border Collies has two young males seeking employment in the herding or performance "fields". One is 20 months old; has 8 points toward his AKC Championship, however may be better suited for agility as he is small, lightweight and very fast. He has been introduced to sheep. He also has a charming and mischievous personality. The other boy is 14 months old, neutered, microchipped and is a high drive individual. He gets along with other dogs and is very friendly. He would be an ideal candidate for flyball, agility or herding. For more information, please contact Casey Carney at (231) 587-5101 That's it for now!
